What to Expect

Gamma One offers two distinct strategies for investors: Global Tactical Asset Allocation (GTAA) and Option Selling for Income.

This is a “high signal” newsletter. On a monthly basis (more often if mid-month adjustments are necessary), we deliver the information that will help you make profitable trades — without all the noise (aka crap) that comes from other outlets.

If you desire daily market commentary, then visit CNBC or similar venues where you can enjoy semi-corrupt corporate CEOs and assorted half-wit portfolio managers “talk their book” in an attempt to juice their returns.

If you desire timely news about world and market events, then subscribe to the Wall Street Journal. I do. It’s an excellent publication, and I highly recommend it — assuming that’s the sort of thing you’re looking for.

Here’s a detailed overview of what you can anticipate from each strategy:

Global Tactical Asset Allocation (GTAA)

With GTAA, the portfolio is rebalanced on a monthly basis. This proactive approach ensures that you stay informed about the adjustments made to your portfolio. Every month, you will receive at least one email discussing the portfolio changes and the asset classes currently held in the portfolio.

This communication keeps you updated on the strategic decisions made in response to evolving market conditions. In certain situations, if an asset class experiences a significant decline or surpasses specific technical measures during the month, you can expect to receive additional mid-month adjustment emails. These notifications provide valuable insights into the reasoning behind any necessary portfolio modifications.

Option Selling for Income

Gamma One’s Option Selling for Income strategy involves trading once per month, specifically after monthly options expirations (the third Friday of the month). Over the weekend following the option expiration, you will receive email trade ideas that highlight potential opportunities for generating income through options trading.

These trade ideas are carefully analyzed and tailored to suit current market conditions. Additionally, there may be occasions when open positions need to be rolled or closed. In such cases, you will receive prompt email notifications, ensuring you are well-informed about any necessary adjustments made to the options positions.
Gamma One aims to provide you with comprehensive information and timely updates to enhance your investment experience.

Through the GTAA strategy, you can expect regular emails discussing portfolio adjustments and mid-month notifications if significant market events occur.

With the Option Selling for Income strategy, you’ll receive trade ideas after monthly options expirations, along with notifications for any necessary position rolls or closures.

These proactive communications enable you to stay engaged with your investments and make informed decisions in line with Gamma One’s expertise and strategies.
